Vamos Training

Vamos Training offers a non-stop opportunity for practical missionary training in Spain. The duration of the training is flexible and can be tailored individually from 1 to 24 months according to your situation and goals.

The program is designed for anyone over 18 who wants to experience missionary work in practice — alongside studies or independently, even without a study place. During the training, you will work with different people groups in a variety of tasks together with a missionary team and other trainees.

Vamos Training encourages you in your calling, helps you discover your strengths in practice, and provides valuable hands-on experience in missionary work.

You can apply for Vamos Training throughout the year. The length of the practical training will be agreed individually with each intern.

The practical training will take place on the East Coast of Spain, mainly in the areas of Alicante and Murcia. The suitable site will be agreed with each trainee individually.

The practical training includes diverse work in churches, on streets and within pioneer projects. Tasks are chosen according to each intern´s strengths and the needs of the area.

The trainee is responsible for the costs of the practise period (travel, accommodation, food etc.). The Spanish price level is a little lower than the one in Finland. You can also ask your home church for financial support.
