HERO-project

How can we strengthen Roma employment, inclusion and participation? Join Fida International and Valmiera Development Agency for a webinar on 21 October to explore practical experiences and lessons learned from the HERO project in Finland and Latvia.

The HERO project, implemented by Fida and Latvia’s Valmiera Development Agency, has entered a new phase. In June, a closing event held in Latvia brought together project participants, experts and partners from Finland and Latvia to celebrate the completion of the training programme.

Fida’s training programme for Roma participants strengthens skills for employment, wellbeing, and parenting. New group started training this week in Lahti region.

HERO project develops a comprehensive training programme to support Roma Inclusion in the labour market.

Fida has launched a new EU-funded project aimed at creating pathways to employment for Roma communities in Latvia and Finland.
