General Terms of Fida Secondhand Shops’ Loyalty Programme
The loyalty program refers to the loyalty programme of Fida Secondhand Shops (part of Fida International) and the individuals who have joined this programme as loyal customers.

JOINING THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME
Anyone residing in Finland and above 18-years-old can join the loyalty programme.
To apply for loyalty membership, you can either download the Fida Secondhand Shops’ loyalty card to your smartphone through the Cardu app or fill out the electronic form on the Fida Secondhand website.
All information requested during registration must be provided accurately and up-to-date. If your information changes later, you can update it by emailing our customer service.
The personal data of loyalty customers will be stored in Fida International’s loyalty programme database.
Loyalty membership is free of charge.
The loyalty card is personal.
The language of the loyalty programme is Finnish.
STORAGE OF LOYALTY CUSTOMER PURCHASE DATA
Purchases made using the loyalty card will be recorded by product category at the time of purchase.
The registration made during the purchase process is used to determine discounts and benefits granted to the customer, to target marketing more effectively through customer classification, and to develop the product selection in Fida Shops.
PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER DATA AND MARKETING
Fida International ry processes personal data in accordance with Finnish law. More information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy.
The data in the register is based on 1) the information provided by the customer during the application process or 2) information provided later by the customer to Fida International.
Fida International may regularly send information about benefits and offers aimed at loyalty customers via the Cardu app, email, or SMS.
Loyalty customers have the right to opt-out of direct marketing by notifying customer service.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME AND TERMINATION OF LOYALTY MEMBERSHIP
Fida International ry has the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme. Significant changes will be communicated in advance, at least one (1) month before the changes take effect. Minor changes may come into effect without prior notice and will be announced on the Fida Secondhand website. Efforts will also be made to inform loyalty customers through targeted communication.
If a customer continues to use the loyalty card after the changes to the terms take effect, it will be considered as their acceptance of the modified terms.
Loyalty membership can be terminated by notifying customer service.
Fida International ry has the right to terminate a customer’s loyalty membership without further action if no registered purchases have been made with the loyalty card in the past two years (24 months).
OTHER TERMS
Address changes in Finland can be automatically updated from the Population Register Centre, unless the customer’s address is confidential.
