Become a member of our loyalty programme
By signing up for Fida Secondhand Shops’ loyalty programme, you will receive monthly information on upcoming sales and special events. The loyalty programme is free, mobile (no plastic cards involved) and personal. The loyalty card is valid in all Fida Shops in Finland.
Please note that our language of communication is Finnish, but our staff is willing to help you sign up for our loyalty programme by using the English language.
How to sign up
Download the Cardu app from your app store, and choose Fida’s loyalty card. All communication (news on events and sales) takes place in Cardu. The newsletters are stored in Cardu and don’t fill up your email.
How do I show my loyalty card?
- If you have downloaded the Fida loyalty card found in the Cardu app, you can show the mobile card when paying for your purchase.
- You can show your personal QR code found in one of our monthly emails sent to you, or through your Cardu app
20% discount
Fida Secondhand Shops’ loyalty programme members are entitled to a 20 per cent discount on purchases 20 euros or above. The discount applies to regular priced products in specific categories: clothing, shoes, bags, and home textiles.
The discount does not apply to items already on sale. The discount is personal.
